1. Content of the offering

To keep the information on this website as current, objectively correct and clear as possible, all efforts are taken to ensure this when creating this website. Despite our greatest efforts, it may be possible that unintended inaccuracies arise. The offering of the website content by the data controller is non-binding and excludes any form of warranty or guarantee. This also applies for all websites to which we provide (hyper-)links. 
If there is no evidence of wilful or grossly negligent culpability on the part of the controller, liability claims against the controller shall be excluded when they pertain to damage of a tangible or intangible nature that is caused by the usage or non-usage of the provided information or by the usage of erroneous and incomplete information.

It is not reasonable for us to monitor the content of linked websites on an ongoing basis without tangible suspicions of a legal infraction. For this reason, we hereby explicitly distance ourselves from the content on linked pages that are changed after publication of the link to them. This declaration applies to all links published within our online offering and for posts by external parties in the guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists that the controller has established. If losses are incurred through the usage or non-usage of such provided information, liability shall solely be held by the provider of the page to which the link was provided and not the provider that is merely linking to the relevant publication. However, under TMG sections 8 to 10, we, the service provider, are not subject to any obligation to monitor external information that is transferred or stored. Furthermore, we are not required to research circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. This does not affect any obligations to remove or block the usage of information after we have gained knowledge of such indications.
